Blood Bag Centrifuge

Blood bag centrifuge is available in both large floor-standing and compact under the bench models. These centrifuges are equipped with refrigerated systems to maintain the cool temperature of the blood bags during the centrifugation process. The centrifuge can hold up to 4000 ml blood bags and the rotor buckets have an oval shape to accommodate the blood bags. Optional adapters are available for easier and faster loading of the centrifuge, which reduces downtime and ensures the refrigerated temperature is maintained. The centrifuges can be used for various processes such as centrifuging triple bags with additives, plasma separation, removing preservatives, and leuko filtering white cells. Technicians often use two centrifuges simultaneously to maximize efficiency. Additionally, there are high-speed fixed angle rotors available for fast and efficient separation in high-throughput laboratories.
